This private check-in allows your Mach 10 coaching team to review your nutrition, activity, body composition trends, recovery, and daily feedback so we can make timely adjustments throughout your program.
Before starting, please have the following ready:

• Apple Watch/Fitbit activity screenshot
• Any notes regarding hunger, energy, digestion, training, sleep, or symptoms
Submit one report per day unless otherwise directed by your coach.
